Shipping costs vary depending on your location and order value:

Ireland (Domestic):
• Orders €0.00 – €99.00 → €10.00 shipping
• Orders €100.00 and above → Free shipping

Europe & Selected International Countries:
• Standard Shipping → €25.00
• Orders €100.00 and above → Free shipping

Malaysia:
• Free Shipping on all orders

Other Asia (Selected Countries):
• Standard Shipping → €15.00
• Orders €100.00 and above → Free shipping

United States:
• Standard Shipping → $40.00
• Orders $100.00 and above → Free shipping

Shipping fees (if applicable) are clearly displayed at checkout before completing your order. No hidden charges will be applied.

B. HANDLING TIME, PROCESSING & ORDER CUT-OFF

Handling Time: 1–3 business days (Monday – Friday)
Order Cut-Off Time: 5:00 PM (GMT), Monday – Friday

Orders placed after the cut-off time, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

C. DELIVERY TIME

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

• Ireland: 2–5 business days
• Europe: 5–10 business days
• Malaysia: 7–15 business days
• Other Asia: 7–15 business days
• United States: 7–12 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination and courier conditions.

D. SHIPPING CARRIERS

E. ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor your delivery status.

F. ADDRESS CHANGES

If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. Once the order has been processed or shipped, changes cannot be made.

G. ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders can be cancelled before they are processed or shipped. Once shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.

H. DAMAGED OR LOST PACKAGES

If your package arrives damaged or is lost during transit, please contact us immediately. We will investigate the issue and provide a suitable resolution.
